Alex joined Buzzacott in 2014 and is a Manager in our Corporate Finance team.
He works with high growth businesses, typically tech companies, who have just undergone or are preparing for strategic change such as equity or debt fundraising, acquisition or disposal. Alex also works with private equity firms, venture capital funds and banks, performing due diligence on their target businesses. Alex supports businesses in the £5m to £100m value range, working with a wide range of Buzzacott teams, providing a full range of accountancy and corporate finance services under one roof.
Alex, leads on Buzzacott’s financial due diligence, specialising in external and vendor due diligence, as well as financial modelling preparation and review. He also oversees a portfolio of statutory audit clients.
Alex possesses broad sector experience with particular expertise in businesses using disruptive technologies. He has also worked as an auditor on FCA registered clients, which has translated into being a specialist in the FinTech sector.
Working alongside our HR Consultancy, Corporate Tax, VAT, Tax Investigations teams and also Prime Global firms for overseas transactions, Alex ensures that all clients receive a fully joint up integrated solution.
Prior to joining Buzzacott, Alex worked at Rawlinson & Hunter, where he qualified as an ACA accountant.
